We have been serving the crop insurance needs of growers since 1986. Our field and office staff has over 100 years combined experience and are well equipped to address any questions or concerns you may have. Understanding the ins and outs of crop insurance can be a daunting task. Our agency understands the importance of providing you simple solutions to both common and complicated situations.

Jacob Little

Jacob was raised on a row crop and cow-calf operation in the Gulf Coast town of Garwood, TX. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Animal Science, Masters of Agriculture, and Certificate in Business from Mays Business School. He is also a graduate of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Master Marketer program. He worked in direct sales as well as ran a small feedlot before joining our agency in 2012. He handles any hypotheticals or numbers that insureds may want to crunch. He has also developed numerous programs to track paperwork, double check claims, and to ensure that everything needed to pass a policy review is on file and correct. Jacob and his wife, Amanda, live in Abbott with their two daughters Lilly and Abby. They enjoy spending time with their families, horses, cattle, and cheering for the Aggies.

Teresa Baird

Teresa was raised in Malone, TX. She had a career at the Farm Service Agency before joining our agency in 1997. Her previous experience at the FSA helps us quickly and efficiently get documents from the many FSA offices we work with. She handles all of our policy maintenance and changes, including landlords, new land, and just about anything related to policy structure. Years spent as a farmer’s wife, FSA employee, and agent have left Teresa with the ability to treat growers like family. She resides in Malone and enjoys spending her time away from the office with her son, Timothy, and his family.

Kasey Sykora

Kasey was raised in Glendale, Arizona but moved to the community of West, Texas for her senior year of high school. She graduated from Texas State University with a B.A. in History. She worked for numerous medical offices developing and integrating file systems in San Antonio before returning to West with her husband Eric. After returning to Central Texas she ran the admissions department at Hill Regional Hospital before joining our agency in 2018. Her experience managing volumes of medical records has been particularly valuable to the agency’s goal on unrivaled record maintenance and storage. She also helps organize all marketing efforts, promotional items, and customer events. Kasey and Eric live in West with their three children, Michael, Kennedy, and Emmett. They serve on multiple community boards and foundations and enjoy spending their weekends with friends, running 5K/10K races and attending live music events.

Rebecca Balderas

Rebecca was raised and resides in Hillsboro, TX. She spent over 15 years in retail management and customer service before joining our agency in 2015. She does all our data entry and mapping. Most customers do not know that every acre that is insured now has to be mapped and verified. In addition, she works with Kasey on all marketing efforts, promotional items, and customer events. She has four daughters, Alex, Raven, Jayden, Sydney, with her husband Lou. They have also welcomed two grandchildren Cooper and Austin to the family. Rebecca enjoys attending her girl’s activities and sporting events as well family events.

Caitlin Cole

Caitlin was born and raised in the community of West, Texas. She grew up helping on her family farm in Abbott, and fondly remembers many hours spent on the tractor with her father. She has experience working at Farmers Gin and Grain in Abbott and is familiar with harvest processes and production records. As our newest employee she is bringing her small-town charm and years in customer service to help us with welcoming producers into the office, assisting with marketing events, and to bring our producers the highest level of customer service available. Catilin and her husband Carson are the fourth generation to raise a family on their family farm with their two children Cash and Cam. She enjoys spending her weekends with family and friends and serving up delicious meals made from scratch.

Hannah Albritton

Hannah was raised in Katy, Texas where she spent her childhood fully immersed in the agricultural world showing horses and working in barns. She used her love of animals and agronomy to continue her education at Sam Houston State University graduating with a B.S. in Animal Science and a Masters in Agriculture. While attending school she worked as a research assistant, served as the captain for their stock horse team and worked for a local property and casualty insurance office. Her experience and education allow her to provide our agency with top notch policy maintenance and help ensure our producers are getting the most out of their selected coverages. Hannah recently moved to Whitney, Texas to be closer to her boyfriend, Riley, and his family's horse ranch. She enjoys spending her time off by showing her mare Carol and reading on the couch with her dogs, Costa and Echo.
